SHIPPING
Your order will be delivered by Korea Post. Except for pre-order items, It usually takes 5-10 days(varies in locations). During holidays, there may be some delays.
*NOTE: Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, We have no control over these charges of delays. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
The shipping fee depends on your location and the weight of items. It starts from $30 up to $70. Before you pay, please select appropriate shipping fee options as you are directed to.
*Currently, international courier service we use is not available to Italy.
SIZING
Outers and Tops come in one size. It fits from US 0 ~ US 4. Pants and Skirt come in two sizes. Generally, Small is US 0 ~ 2(25 ~ 26 size), Medium is US 4 ~ 6(27 ~ 28 size). Dresses come in one size or two sizes. When it runs in two sizes, Small fits US 0 ~ 2, Medium fits US 4 ~ 6. * Size runs small or large depending on styles, so before you place an order, we suggest you to get full information from our sales assistant.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Basically, all the products will be produced after the order is placed. Because of this, We politely decline to any returns or exchanges unless the item is defected. Prior to purchase, We kindly ask you for a careful examination(e.g. size, color).
